CMC Coil Steels Processing division has the processing capabilities to work with both sheet and coil and plate and long base products from production facilities that can provide a nationwide customised product and service.

Our Facilities have adopted lean manufacturing principles to help reduce costs and improve efficiency so we can continue to provide a low cost solution and service to our customers.

Plate and Long Processing Capabilities  

CMC Coil Steels Plate and Long Products Division continues to grow and to complement this growing business and provide better service to all customers, plate and long processing services are also growing nationally. Processing services now available to plate and long customers include:

• CNC controlled oxy cut plate profiling
• Bandsaw cutting of beams, columns, channels, pipe and merchant bar
• Beam line cut in square, mitred and drilled up to 40mm

 Sheet and Coil Processing

With a capacity of 500,000 tonnes p.a our sheet and coil processing operations can provide slitting, shearing and blanking solutions to meet all customer requirements. Processing operations have the capability to move your material with up to 14 tonne coil capacity.
