CMC Coil Steels Plate and Long products continues to grow nationally with the majority of services currently running out of the Plate and Long Brisbane, Yatala branch. Further growth and investment in this area of the business is being undertaken in other capital cities and regional branches with planning for additional Bandsaws and the installation of a Plasma Cutter in the near future.

Current Plate and Long processing capabilities include:

  • 4 head Oxy Profile Cutter - cut 5mm up to 200mm thick plate

  • 1010 DZB Ficep Beamline - cut & drill up to 1000WB

  • 750HD Amada Bandsaw - cuts flat bar, pipe, RHS, Angles, PFC, TFC and Universal beams up to 610UB
