Commercial Metals Federal Credit Union (CMFCU) was established in June, 1961 and is owned and governed by members sharing a common bond as employees of Commercial Metals Company and its subsidiaries.

CMFCU serves its members by:

  • Paying highly competitive dividend rates (interest) on share accounts.
  • Offering loans at more favorable terms than those offered by other financial institutions.
  • Providing prompt, fair and confidential consideration of all loan applications while considering the common bond that makes CMFCU unique.

Membership
Domestic employees of Commercial Metals Company, its subsidiaries and divisions, may join CMFCU. Membership is limited to member's immediate family and household members. Retired employees and surviving spouses are also eligible.

To enroll, contact the CMFCU representative at your location or CMFCU directly at the address above and request a new membership packet. Complete the forms and return to CMFCU with a minimum deposit of $5.00 (check or money order) or an ACH Authorization Form.

The amount you specify will be deposited into your savings account at CMFCU by ACH and your savings account will grow without you doing anything else. Additional deposits can be made at any time.
