CMC Impact Metals offers a wide array of heat treating, finishing, and precision cutting services. 

Commercial Heat Treating

We can quench and temper, normalize,or anneal structural flats and shapes, rounds, plate, and specialty sections.  Our equipment can handle lengths of up to 53' in structurals and 40' in large rounds (>3.5"-12").  We have decades of experience working to various ASTM, API, and customer developed specifications. We have also heat treated stainless steel and titanium on a more limited basis.  Please call us with your requirements.

Commercial Finishing Services

We offer straightening, leveling, shot blasting, and powder coating.

Precision Cutting Services

Both our plasma and laser cutting machines have some of the longest beds in North America, allowing us to perform a wide variety of precision cutting for your demanding applications.

Nondestructive Testing

We offer ultrasonic testing of steel bars and plate to API 6A requirements or customer specific requirements using ASTM A388 procedures.
