CMC Impact Metals provides heat treating services for the demanding applications in the global energy market.  Oil and gas exploration, drilling, and production occur in some of the harshest environments on earth.  The materials needed to support these activities must stand up to these challenges.  We can provide heat treatment and related services to a variety of specifications including P110, L80, 4145M, NACE MR0175, API 6A, API 7, and numerous custom specifications used in the manufacture of wellhead, valving, and drill string components.
