Overview
We manufacture: Type K, L, M and DWV straight lengths; Type K and L coils; Type K and L OXY/ACR straight lengths; and refrigeration coils. We maintain a network of vendors to supply additional types and sizes. Bar coded material is available in both straight lengths and coils as well as in cut lengths for the do-it-yourself market.

Terms:All orders accepted will be on the basis of price in effect on day of shipment, FOB shipping point. A two (2) percent cash discount will be allowed for payment on or before the 10th day of the month following invoice date; net due on the 11th day. Invoices dated before the 26th day of the month are subject to the two (2) percent discount if paid by the 10th of the following month.
Freight Allowance:Freight on single shipments of 5,000 pounds net or more to any one destination in the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) will be paid by the shipper, who reserves the right to control the routing. All types of tube or pipe may be combined for this purpose. Under 7,500 pounds freight collect.
Claims:If material supplied by CMC Howell Metal is defective or fails to meet the specifications accepted by them, the buyer shall not return the goods, but shall notify CMC Howell Metal immediately, stating full particulars in support of the claim and the matter will be adjusted fairly and promptly. Under no circumstances shall CMC Howell Metal be obligated to allow claims for consequential damage or for any expense incurred by the use of defective or unsatisfactory material.
