Established in December 1980 as an importer and marketer of steel and metal products for Australian businesses, CMC Australia offers a complete range of products and services for the steel industry.

With nearly 200 people in multiple locations across the country, CMC Australia consists of two subsidiaries, CMC Steel Trading and CMC Cometals. Both subsidaries are supported by a shared services centre located in Hurstville, Sydney.
